However, we are currently facing a global crisis that we believe is our ethical duty to share with you transparently. The ongoing volatility in the memory hardware market (RAM, SSD, NVMe) is being termed by experts as the “RAMpocalypse.”

Context of the Current Situation & Our Strategy

To meet the growing demands of our clients, we had developed a robust business roadmap for 2026:

• Infrastructure Expansion: Preparations were underway to integrate 3 additional powerful servers into our own infrastructure, complementing our existing fleet of 26.

• VPS Solutions: Annually, we supply an average of 22 to 30 premium VPS units, a significant portion of which are secured by you through advance orders.

Regrettably, due to a massive disruption in the global supply chain, these plans are currently facing unforeseen obstacles.

Why Is This Crisis Happening?

The global market is currently dominated by massive ‘AI Factories’ and tech giants. These entities are securing the vast majority of available RAM and storage stock at premium prices well in advance. Consequently:

• Hardware tranches (batches) that we ordered back in October are yet to be delivered.

• This is no longer just a matter of price; supply in the global market is nearly non-existent at this moment.

• Major data centers across Europe and America have already begun significantly increasing their service rates.

Impact on Our Clients

Due to these circumstances, we have been forced to make some difficult but necessary tactical decisions:

• Advance Orders & New Deliveries: The delivery timeline for our 3 upcoming servers and the VPS units secured via advance orders may be delayed. We are in constant negotiations with our suppliers/datacenter to secure this hardware as quickly as possible.

• Postponement of Upcoming Sale: The ‘Sommer Sale’ scheduled to launch soon has been postponed indefinitely. Making promises without guaranteed stock goes against our professional ethics.

• Reseller and Shared Hosting: Reseller and Shared hosting will be continuous but it’s will be high price at this movement.

বর্তমান পরিস্থিতির প্রেক্ষাপট ও আমাদের পরিকল্পনা

আমাদের ক্রমবর্ধমান গ্রাহক চাহিদার কথা মাথায় রেখে ২০২৬ সালের জন্য আমরা সুনির্দিষ্ট ব্যবসায়িক পরিকল্পনা গ্রহণ করেছিলাম:

1. নিজস্ব সক্ষমতা বৃদ্ধি: আমাদের বর্তমান ২৬টি সার্ভারের পাশাপাশি এই বছর আরও ৩টি নতুন শক্তিশালী সার্ভার আমাদের নিজস্ব পরিকাঠামোতে যুক্ত করার প্রস্তুতি চলছিল।

2. ভিপিএস (VPS) সলিউশন: প্রতি বছর আমরা গড়ে ৩০ থেকে ৩৫টি প্রিমিয়াম ভিপিএস সরবরাহ করি, যার বড় একটি অংশ আপনারা অ্যাডভান্স অর্ডারের মাধ্যমে নিশ্চিত করে থাকেন।

3. রিসেলার এবং শেয়ার্ড হোস্টিং: রিসেলার এবং শেয়ার্ড হোস্টিং ধারাবাহিকভাবে চলবে তবে এই মুভমেন্টে এর দাম বেশি হবে।

কিন্তু অত্যন্ত দুঃখের সাথে জানাতে হচ্ছে যে, বৈশ্বিক সাপ্লাই চেইন বিপর্যয়ের কারণে আমাদের এই পরিকল্পনাগুলো বাধার সম্মুখীন হচ্ছে।

কেন এই সংকট?

মার্কেট এখন বড় বড় ‘AI Factories’ বা কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তা নিয়ে কাজ করা জায়ান্ট কোম্পানিগুলোর দখলে। তারা বাজারের সিংহভাগ RAM এবং স্টোরেজ চড়া মূল্যে অগ্রিম কিনে নিচ্ছে। এর ফলে:

• আমরা গত জানুয়ারী ২০২৬ থেকে যে হার্ডওয়্যার অর্ডারের ট্রাঞ্চ (Tranches) বা চালানগুলো পাওয়ার অপেক্ষায় ছিলাম, তা এখনো সরবরাহ করা হয়নি।

• এটি কেবল অর্থের বিষয় নয়; বরং বিশ্ববাজারে এখন হার্ডওয়্যারের সরবরাহ বা ‘Supply’ প্রায় শূন্যের কোঠায়।

• ইউরোপ, আমেরিকা ও সিঙ্গাপুরের বড় বড় ডেটা সেন্টারগুলো ইতিমধ্যে তাদের সেবার মূল্য অনেক বাড়িয়ে দিয়েছে।

আমাদের গ্রাহকদের ওপর এর প্রভাব

এই পরিস্থিতির কারণে আমরা কিছু সাময়িক কিন্তু গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে বাধ্য হয়েছি:

• অ্যাডভান্স অর্ডার ও নতুন ডেলিভারি: আমাদের যে ৩টি নতুন সার্ভার আমাদের চ্যানেলে যোগ করার কথা ছিল এবং যে ভিপিএসগুলোর অ্যাডভান্স অর্ডার নেওয়া হয় বা হয়ে থাকে, সেগুলোর ডেলিভারি টাইমলাইন কিছুটা পিছিয়ে যেতে পারে। আমরা আমাদের সাপ্লায়ারদের সাথে প্রতিমুহূর্তে দরকষাকষি করছি যাতে দ্রুততম সময়ে আপনাদের হার্ডওয়্যার বুঝিয়ে দিতে পারি।

• আসন্ন সেল স্থগিত: এই বছর আমাদের যে ‘Sommer Sale’ শুরু হওয়ার কথা ছিল, তা আমরা স্থগিত করছি। স্টকের নিশ্চয়তা ছাড়া কোনো প্রতিশ্রুতি দেওয়া আমাদের পেশাদারিত্বের পরিপন্থী।

• সর্বোচ্চ লড়াই: আমরা বাড়তি খরচ দিয়ে হলেও গ্লোবাল ভেন্ডরদের কাছ থেকে হার্ডওয়্যার সংগ্রহের চেষ্টা চালিয়ে যাচ্ছি যাতে আপনাদের প্রজেক্টগুলো থমকে না যায়।

• স্বচ্ছতা: পরিস্থিতির যেকোনো পরিবর্তন (ভালো বা মন্দ) আমরা আপনাদের এভাবেই সরাসরি ব্লগের মাধ্যমে জানাবো। কিছু কিছু ক্ষেত্রে আমরা মেইল এবং ম্যাসেন্জার, টেলিগ্রাম, হোয়াটআ্যাপ এবং ফোন কলের মাধ্যমে জানিয়ে থাকি।
